Welcome to Big Pink Link 28!
A big good old fashioned thank you, with a chocolate milkshake and a slice of chocolate cake to Hannah from Diary of An Ordinary Mum for guest co-hosting with #bigpinklink!
Over here at the Agent household, we are still chugging along to the wind and rain of winter, making some (like me, Mummy) grumpily indoors. We have been enjoying watching the Olympics. What a thrill it has been to watch such wonderful feats of human achievement!
Back to linky business, I look forward to reading your posts and getting to know new bloggers better!
Remember, the Big Pink Link is a Linky for posts from parenting, to DIY, to crafts, to recipes, so feel free to link up what you want to share.
WOWS of the WEEK #BigPinkLink FEATURED POSTS :
This Mums Life :
- Tammy Mum – Socially Acceptable Parenting – I loved this one by Tammy Mum, it talked about all the things we do as parents that are frowned upon by society. But these things are all what makes us normal, and human. Making them socially unacceptable only invokes a sense of failure in us, and these thoughts and feelings should be made to be ok. A great read.
- Run Jump Scrap – Those First Few Moments – I loved this one by Sarah from Run Jump Scrap. She spoke very honestly of not feeling a bond with her first baby immediately. This is something I feel should be more widely spoken about, and is something that can have a profound affect on a new mum.
The Ordinary Mum :
- Sugar amd Spliced and All things Nice – The Secret Sisterhood of the Awesome Mothers -I couldn’t help but smile through this post from Nicola, her list of benefits from becoming a member of The Secret Sisterhood of Awesome Mothers rang so true with me and also reminded me of some of the wonderful things motherhood has bought me.
- The Mum Reviews – Why its hard being a mum who grew up without one – I couldn’t help but smile through this post from Nicola, her list of benefits from becoming a member of The Secret Sisterhood of Awesome Mothers rang so true with me and also reminded me of some of the wonderful things motherhood has bought me.
